Payment Issues

Handle common payment problems:

Past Due Status

If your payment fails, your account enters Past Due status:

  • You have 7 days to update payment information
  • During this time, monitoring continues normally
  • Update your card in the billing portal
  • After 7 days, the subscription may be canceled automatically

Canceled Status

If payment isn't resolved within 7 days:

  • Your subscription is automatically canceled
  • New monitoring queries stop running
  • Historical data remains accessible (read-only)
  • Reactivate by updating payment info in billing portal
