General Settings is where you configure your organization's basic information. These settings affect how your organization appears throughout the platform and provide context for AI-powered features.
Organization Name
Your organization's display name appears throughout the platform:

How to Update
- Navigate to Settings → General
- Click in the Organization Name field
- Enter your new name
- Changes save automatically
Best Practices
Use your official company name for professionalism. If you're an agency managing multiple clients, use your agency name as the organization name.
Website URL
Your organization's primary website is used for product discovery:

Multiple Industries
If your organization spans multiple industries, choose the primary one. You can assign different industries to individual brands if needed.
Organization ID
Your unique organization identifier is displayed as read-only:
What is Organization ID
A unique UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) automatically assigned when your organization was created. It's used internally by KozoPulse to identify your organization across all systems.

- API integrations (if using KozoPulse API)
- Support requests for faster resolution
- Billing and subscription management
- Data exports and migration
Cannot Be Changed
The Organization ID is permanent and cannot be modified. It's generated at organization creation and remains constant throughout your organization's lifetime.

General Settings use automatic saving:

- Changes save automatically as you type
- No save button required
- Visual feedback confirms save completion
- Changes take effect immediately
Saving Indicator
Watch for the "Saving..." or "Saved" indicator near each field to confirm your changes are persisted.
