Products are the specific offerings (software, services, hardware) you want to monitor within each brand. KozoPulse tracks how AI models mention and position your products when responding to relevant queries.

What are Products in KozoPulse

Products represent individual offerings within a brand. Each product has its own set of monitoring pulses and generates separate analytics.

Product Fields

Name
The product's official name as it appears in marketing
Category
Classification (SaaS, Hardware, Service, etc.)
Description
Brief summary of what the product does
Confidence Score
AI-generated score (0-100%) indicating product identification quality

Adding Products

Products are typically added via the Product Wizard Modal, which uses AI to discover them from your website:

Product Wizard Modal (3 Steps)

Step 1: Enter Website

  • Enter your product page or main website URL
  • Click Discover Products to start AI analysis
  • Wait while AI crawls and identifies products

Step 2: Review Discovered Products

  • See list of AI-discovered products
  • Each shows name, category, description, confidence score
  • Higher confidence scores = better identification
  • Select products you want to add

Step 3: Confirm and Save

  • Review your selections
  • Edit any details if needed
  • Click Add Products to save
  • Products are immediately available for pulse creation

Understanding Confidence Scores

Confidence scores indicate how certain the AI is that it correctly identified a distinct product:

80-100%: High Confidence

Product is clearly defined with distinct features. Safe to add as-is.

50-79%: Medium Confidence

Product identified but may need description refinement. Review carefully before adding.

Below 50%: Low Confidence

AI unsure if this is a distinct product. May be a service category or misidentification. Verify manually.

Viewing Product Analytics

Each product has its own analytics dashboard:

Available Metrics

  • Share of Voice trends over time
  • Sentiment breakdown (positive/neutral/negative)
  • Mention frequency across AI providers
  • Competitive positioning against similar products
  • Provider-specific performance (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Individual pulse effectiveness

Access product analytics by clicking through from the brand dashboard or navigating directly via the Products section.

Managing Product Status

Products can be enabled or disabled independently:

Disabling a Product

  1. Go to Settings → Brands
  2. Find the brand containing the product
  3. Locate the product in the list
  4. Toggle the product to disabled state

Disabling a product stops all its pulses but preserves historical data. The product doesn't count toward your subscription limit.

Cascade from Brand

If a brand is disabled, all its products are automatically disabled. Re-enabling the brand does NOT automatically re-enable products—you must enable them individually.

Product Limits per Subscription

Your subscription plan determines the total number of products across all brands:

Typical Limits

  • Starter Plan: 5-10 products total
  • Professional Plan: 25-50 products total
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited products
