The Pulse Center dashboard is your command center for monitoring brand mentions, tracking sentiment, and analyzing competitive positioning across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. This guide explains every element of the dashboard and how to use it effectively.

Hero Metrics Explained

At the top of your dashboard, four key metrics provide an at-a-glance view of your brand monitoring:

Brands Tracked
The total number of brands you're monitoring in your organization. Each brand can have multiple products and pulses associated with it.
Products Monitored
The total count of products across all your brands. Products are the specific offerings (software, services, hardware) that you're tracking mentions for.
Avg Visibility (SOV %)

Your average Share of Voice across all brands. Share of Voice measures how often your brand is mentioned compared to competitors when AI models respond to relevant queries.

Formula: (Your mentions ÷ Total mentions) × 100

Good SOV: 30% or higher indicates strong visibility

Avg Sentiment

The average sentiment score across all brand mentions, expressed as a percentage of positive sentiment.

Scale: 0-100% where higher is better

  • 80-100%: Highly positive sentiment
  • 60-79%: Moderately positive
  • 40-59%: Neutral or mixed
  • Below 40%: Concerning, needs attention

Understanding Brand Cards

Each brand in your organization is displayed as a card with rich information:

Brand Identity

  • Brand Name: Prominently displayed at the top
  • Industry Badge: Shows your brand's industry category
  • Brand Avatar: Visual identifier (logo or icon)

Health Status Indicator

A colored badge indicates brand health based on visibility:

Healthy (≥70% SOV)
Strong visibility, brand is frequently mentioned
At-Risk (50-69% SOV)
Moderate visibility, may need pulse optimization
Critical (<50% SOV)
Low visibility, immediate attention required

SOV Trend Sparkline

A mini line chart shows your Share of Voice trend over the past 7-30 days:

  • Upward trend: Visibility improving
  • Flat trend: Stable visibility
  • Downward trend: Declining visibility, investigate causes

Sentiment Breakdown

A horizontal bar chart displays sentiment distribution:

Positive: Favorable mentions
Neutral: Factual, no strong sentiment
Negative: Critical or unfavorable mentions

Quick Stats

  • Products: Number of products under this brand
  • Pulses: Number of active monitoring queries
  • Mentions: Total brand mentions in the current period

Health Status Filtering

Use the health status filter tabs to focus on brands that need attention:

All

Shows all brands regardless of health status. This is the default view.

Healthy

Displays only brands with ≥70% SOV. Use this to identify your top performers and understand what's working well.

At-Risk

Shows brands with 50-69% SOV. These brands need optimization— consider refining pulses or adding more monitoring queries.

Critical

Displays brands with <50% SOV. These require immediate attention. Review pulse effectiveness and competitive landscape.

Search Functionality

The search bar lets you quickly find specific brands:

How to Search

  1. Type a brand name in the search box
  2. Results filter in real-time as you type
  3. Search works across all health status tabs
  4. Clear the search to see all brands again

Subscription Usage Section

At the bottom of the dashboard, monitor your plan limits:

Usage Bars

Three progress bars show your current usage:

  • Brands: X / Y brands used
  • Products: X / Y products used
  • Pulses: X / Y pulses used

Color Coding

Green (<80% used)
Plenty of capacity remaining
Yellow (80-95% used)
Approaching limit, consider upgrading soon
Red (≥95% used)
At or over limit, upgrade required for more

Over-Limit Status

If you exceed your limits, a warning banner appears:

  • New monitoring queries may be paused
  • You'll need to upgrade or remove items
  • Existing data remains accessible
